How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 10 days, giving you plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack without feeling rushed. If you need the crates longer, please contact us before your rental period ends to discuss an extension.

How many crates do I need?

We offer four convenient packages to fit most moves:

• Small Move: 30 Crates + 1 Dolly

• Medium Move: 50 Crates + 2 Dollies

• Large Move: 65 Crates + 3 Dollies

• XL Move: 90 Crates + 3 Dollies

If you're unsure which package is right for you, we're happy to help you choose.

How much weight can each crate hold?

Our reusable moving crates are designed for heavy household items. For your safety and to protect the crates, we recommend not exceeding 50 pounds per crate.

How high can the crates be stacked?

For maximum stability and safety, we recommend stacking packed crates no more than four crates high. This makes them easier to move and helps prevent shifting during your move.

How large are the crates?

Each crate measures 26.9" × 18" × 12.5" and provides approximately 3.5 cubic feet of storage space. They are large enough to hold plenty of household items while remaining easy for most people to carry.

Are the crates clean?

Absolutely. Every crate is inspected, cleaned, and disinfected before every rental using an all-natural, environmentally safe cleaner that is approved for use in hospitals and daycares.

Are the crates environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our crates are proudly made in the USA using 45% recycled materials. Renting reusable moving crates helps reduce cardboard waste and keeps hundreds of boxes out of landfills.

Do you deliver and pick up the crates?

Yes. We deliver your crates to your home or business on your scheduled delivery date and pick them up when your rental period is complete. There's no need to break down or recycle boxes when you're finished.

What are your delivery and pickup hours?

Our standard delivery and pickup hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need delivery or pickup outside of these hours, please contact us before making your reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No. We do not require a security deposit. We simply ask that all crates, dollies, labels, and markers be returned in the same condition they were received, aside from normal wear and tear.

What's included with my rental?

Every rental includes:

• Reusable moving crates

• Industrial-grade moving dollies (based on package selected)

• Delivery and pickup

• Reusable crate labels

• Dry erase markers for labeling

• A 10-day rental period

How do I reserve my moving crates?

Reservations are easy:

1. Review the rental agreement and then submit your reservation request

2. Once we have confirmed your requested days are available we'll contact you, you can then purchase your crate package  Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods listed during checkout. Payment must be received before your reservation is confirmed.

What happens if I need additional crates?

If additional crates are available during your rental period, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability.

What if I damage or lose a crate?

Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

What should I avoid packing?

Please do not pack hazardous materials, flammable liquids, chemicals, gasoline, propane cylinders, firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal substances, wet items, or anything that could damage the crates or create a safety hazard.
